poimo はパーソナルモビリティとソフトロボティクスの技術を組み合わせた、人が持ち運べるくらい軽く、やわらかい電動モビリティ。公共交通機関と目的地をシームレスにつなぐファーストマイル/ラストマイルを担うことを目的としている。2020年度版では、タイヤもインフレータブル化したバイク型および車椅子型に加え、欲しい乗り物をイメージして乗るポーズをとるだけで設計できるソフトウェアを開発した。

poimo is a new mobility in combination of personal mobility and soft robotics technology, that is light enough for people to carry, soft and safe. The purpose of this mobility is to support the first mile / last mile and to connect public transportation and destinations seamlessly. For the 2020 version, in addition to the motorcycle and wheelchair models with inflatable tires, we have developed software that allows users to design a vehicle by simply imagining the desired vehicle and posing to ride it.
